My Trip to Missouri!

So my sister and her husband Bobby went on a cruise with some friends..... so I got to go up to Missouri to watch my cute nieces! I LOVE my nieces so I was so excited. We had sooo much fun and I hope I get cute girls just like them. It was so hard for me to leave. They were so adorable and so much fun to be with. My sister told me that I would either leave being excited to have kids or the exact opposite depending on how they behaved haha, well I left wanting kids even more than before and I thought that was impossible.

Happy Birthday Dad!!!

It is my dad's birthday today! My dad has always been there for me. Here are a couple things that come to mind. When I was gone at college, living in Utah, he would always call and make sure everything was going well. I remember driving home from Utah by myself a couple times and having my dad call every hour to see if I was alright. I thought it was really funny. It meant a lot that he cared so much. I also remember waiting to find out if I got into University of Utah and their ballet program there. My dad couln't wait so he kept calling the chairman of the ballet department to see if I got in. Finally she had answer for him. After he got the answer that I was accepted, him and my mom picked up some balloons, took me out of school and took me to my favorite restaurant for lunch. I remember my mom laughing at him while we were at lunch telling me how he had kept calling the poor chairman. I had no idea.

He is so caring and so supportive. I am so grateful for him and for all he does for our family. He is such a good example to me and I feel so blessed to have him as my dad. Happy Birthday Dad!!!! I love you!!

My sister Annie's birthday was on Monday. She turned 16!! Beware Annie, you are my next blog.

Cooper as a Puppy

I can't believe how fast he has grown. Cooper is almost 6 months old now and we couldn't ask for a better dog. I wanted to post these pictures of Cooper since I didn't have a blog when we first got him. He is the neediest dog but I love it. He follows me everywhere and loves to fall asleep on Grant and I all the time, as you can see in some of the pictures. He is the sweetest dog and we love him!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANT!!!!

What a stud muffin. Ladies back off he is taken. This picture always makes me laugh. I see modeling in his future haha. Well today is my man's 24th birthday! We are going to see the movie Knowing, and then we are going to Grant's favorite restaurant Carino's. They have really good Italian food and their bread is really good too. Those of you who know Grant and and his obsession for bread are seeing now why it is his favorite restaurant.

Grant, I just want to let you know that I think you are wonderful in every way. I really hit the jack pot with you. I love you so much and hope you have a wonderful birthday!!!!

San Diego!!!

So our trip to San Diego was so fun! As soon as we got there we went to the temple to do selaings. It was the perfect thing to do for our one year. Then we met Richard and Kristy and Joe and Stacy for dinner and then went over to their cute house. Then the next day we went to Sea World. Unforunately I left my camera at home so I had to buy a disposable camera. Most of the pictures did not turn out too good. So here are a few pictures that turned out okay. I love the picture of Grant and I in front of the soda machine that says Sea World. I wanted to stand in front of something that said Sea World but we couldn't find anything in the front of the park and we were tired and ready to go home so we settled for the soda machine. I wish the guy who took the picture would have taken it closer. :)

That night we went to dinner after searching for a place and walking for about an hour. We were SO hungry and we had been walking all day. I was in heaven once my food came.

The next morning we checked out, went to breakfast and headed home. Good times!

Our One Year Anniversary!!

So last Sunday, March 22nd was our 1 Year Anniversary. I can't believe how fast it has gone. I am so grateful for Grant and feel so lucky to have have him as my husband. He is so perfect for me and love him so much.

For our one year anniversary we mostly just took it easy. That morning was Stake Conference and I had to speak, so I was pretty nervous. The first thought I had when I woke up was oh no I have to speak, instead of woohoo it is our one year anniversary :). Grant made me breakfast, he is the best. So when we got home we just watched some movies together and had a really nice stake dinner with just the two of us. We are going to San Diego this weekend to celebrate our anniversary. I am SO excited!!! We are going to do a session on Friday night at the San Diego Temple where we got married, I know what you're thinking ahhhh so precious :). Then Saturday Sea World! We've been wanting to go to Sea World together ever since we got married but we rarely ever both have the same day off of work to go. Anyways I will post some pictures of our little weekend get away when we return.

Our New Home

So this is our new house. It is so fun having our own home. Grant and I are so excited to be back in Corona closer to our family and friends. We are loving it!
